My reflection

I enjoyed this course very much, although it was difficult for me to make PowerPoint Slide. I especially had difficulty in expressing my informations by Slide. What does everyone want to know about this theme? How should I do to understand easily for everyone? I thought many times. And I became to like to make Slide!

My best Slide is about history of chartres cathedral. That is my confidental work. I used many colores and pictures.I could do presentation for everyone that Iwas full of confident.
To think by myself and do presentation front of everyone were good points of this class, I think.

Thank you very much!

Nagoya Castle

I'll talk about Shachihoko and castle tower.

This is Gold shachihoko. This was made of 245.3 kg's pure gold and this height is 2.74m. Shachihoko is not only in Nagoya castle, there are many shachihokos in the whole country. For example, this is a shachihoko in Osaka and Okayama. Why don't youmake a tour of watching and compare shachihokos?

Castle tower of Nagoya castle has on the 7th floors and I recommend on the 4th and 5th floors to you. There are a lot of armor and warrior's helmets on the 4th floor and there is a life-sized shachihoko on the 5th floor. I think these floors are good place because you can watch some historical things!

★ Tomato Festival ★

I'll tell you some points of tomato festival!

If you want to join this festival, you must pay attention to these things.

No.1 you must not bring dangerous substances such as bottles. No.2 you must crush tomatoes before you throw them. No.3 you must be punctual to the final signal. You must not throw tomatoes overtime!

And I'll introduce some things. If you bring these things to the tomatoes festival, these are very useful for you.

First, goggles. It is to avoid tomatoes hitting on your eyes. Second, a bathing suit. If the festival starts, your body will get wet and be dirty, so I recommend for you to bring one. Especially, for women. Third, a T-shirt which you may throw away. I said it a short time ago, if the festival starts, your body will be covered in tomatoes and your T-shirt will deep red. And the T-shirt won't be worn again.

Please don't forget!

I'll explain about history of chartres cathedral.

Chartres cathedral was the most important building in the chartres. It was begun to built in 1145, but a fire broke out in 1149. And it was burned the whole town and cathedral.

Almost all of the existing parts of this buildings were built after a fire.
There are two towers in this building. These style and height are difference each other because there were gaps of 300 years that were built between two towers.

On your right side is Romanesque style and left side is Gothic style.
